       For Yeshua, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed. 1 Corinthians 5:7 NIV The special time, when according to the Biblical calendar we celebrate the holiday of Unleavened Bread and the Exodus from the house of slavery, I wish you health, success, and victories.

Let’s be honest, we are not living in simple easy times.

The whole world is focused on the situation between Ukraine and Russia, we see how various spiritual forces both good and bad are active. Unfortunately, these days Israel is being shaken by brutal terrorist attacks. In just three weeks, fourteen people were murdered by terrorists. Pain, anger, disappointment... All this is our pre - Passover experience. I think many are disappointed with the government's policy of not being able to solve internal problems…

Speaking of news near home – at Return to Zion, three staff members of our Ministry are ill with Covid, as well as many others in the Congregation, which prompts me to ask for PRAYER.

Be that as it may, I think that all this is a reaction to future changes. I believe that we are standing on the threshold of a new wave of Aliya …For I will restore them to the land I gave their ancestors. “But now I will send for many fishermen,” declares the Lord, “and they will catch them. After that I will send for many hunters, and they will hunt them down on every mountain and hill... Jeremiah 16:15-16 NIV

30 years ago, there was a big Aliya - The return of Jews from the former USSR, everyone said it was the time of fishermen... And many believers (Who were like fishermen), traveled around the USSR and asked/convinced people to go to the land of their fathers. Today, due to the war, in Europe there are already 4.5 million refugees from Ukraine. 200-300 thousand of them have Jewish blood and can AND SHOULD!!! come to Israel, we can see that many are already “running from the hunters”, running from misfortune and death.

In order to receive so many people, Israel must take measures by changing the internal logistics of receiving these people. Congregations like ours also need to change direction.

In Shavei Zion - for many years we encourage/ed people about Aliya (our name is Shavei Zion - to Return to Zion)`. But now, from the mode of slow Aliya, we must enter the mode of intense mass Aliya.

This is what we are doing now, updating our stock of “bedding”, “quilts”, “kitchen utensils” etc... We are also gathering additional volunteers, and we want to see how our people serve not only in physical assistance to others, but also Shine with the Light of the Lord.

Therefore, I ask you to partner in this project with us.. Our goal in 2022 is to release for new Olim / refugees 50-100K dollars worth of any/all assistance…

In some way, all this reminds of the Exodus from Egypt.. Pesach… And in this time we live, God gave us to be born for these days and it is important to fulfill OUR ROLE in His great plan.

I want to end with the words of the Scriptures: And you will again see the distinction between the righteous and the wicked, between those who serve God and those who do not. Malachi 3:18 NIV

Serving God… walking in His perfect will... Hearing His Voice…

Three Types of Unities and the Power of the Risen Messiah

In this article, I will continue my reflections on Paul’s epistle to the Ephesians. Paul ’s central thought is the restoration of the three types of unities. They were all part of God's plan , but they all became degraded for various reasons. Adam was meant to bring restoration to these unities , b ut the sin of the first people aggravated everything.   Shalom dear friends, brothers and sisters, and partners in service for Zion. I would like to report to you in general about this past year. I hope that each year makes us all wiser, more experienced, more dependent on the Lord God, and more willing to do His will. 2021 was remembered by many for the difficulties with Covid (I personally spent nine days in the hospital, and thanks to the Grace of God I survived.), then 2022 became a year of many corrections. Unfortunately, Covid did not go away in 2022. A whirlpool of events... And this is from the Lord!!!

  Congregation news: lots of meetings. Feast of Trumpets, day of atonement, Sukkot and, of course, Simchat Torah (Torah holiday). We have had lots of guests from all over the world — from China to Latvia and Norway. We have seen the ministry of prophecy and words of knowledge, and it was a special time to be renewed in the presence of the Lord and with family and friends from all over the world. WE ARE GLADLY TIRED. Everyone wanted this celebration, and in a sense, in the "incomprehensible situation" that is around us, it was a wonderful time from the Lord. The “situation around” is not clear with our government elections (I ask for your prayers for the Will of God). There are a lot of military rumors around, and the situation with the Russia / Ukraine war has a very strong influence on us. Or enter the Holy of Hollies like the children of Aaron? Are they more worthy than I am? I think this is often asked by believers who desire to serve. Perhaps they don’t give sermons or take the role of a pastor, but they set up chairs before/after worship, and they do other good deeds such as visiting the sick.
