The Return of Israel
Looking forward to the return of Israel! This is
like a sign the Lord will show us
Dear brothers and sisters in Yeshua, Blessings,
and peace to you from our Heavenly Father. In prayer for you and your families!
And with great gratitude that you are in partnership with Shavei Zion. We seek
the will of the Father and try to move in it!
In the period between Pesach and Shavuot, which
is called Sefirat Omer (Counting of the Omer), there are usually no weddings or
any organized fun. The reason has to do with the memory of the death of Rabbi
Akiva, who is a very famous figure in Orthodox Judaism, but a problematic
figure for Messianic believers. As some Messianic researchers say, it was Rabbi
Akiva, who declared Bar Kochba the Messiah, who destroyed the unity in the
country of Israel and provoked a confrontation in the camp of the Jewish army,
which was half Messianic Jews.
Given that these dates also usually fall on the
Holocaust Remembrance Day, and the Day of Remembrance of those who died in the
wars of Israel, and Independence Day, a joyful day, but at the same time marked
by birth pangs and wars in the modern history of our Country. In general, you
need to think a lot and pray a lot. The Lord is above everything!
Unfortunately, these days, the days of Sefirat
Omer this year, are still overshadowed by the war between Russia and Ukraine.
As a rebound, these events also affect Israel; a lot of pain, lots of memories,
lots of family and friends on both sides. And through these events, God tests
us and puts us through the filters. This is a time for Reassessment and the
closeness of Heaven and the Mo’ed (commemorative date) of the Lord help with
that!
Emotions subsided. One can see not only the
problems of the Russian Expansion, but also the negative and problematic of
many Ukrainian decisions. But during all these problems, we began to discern
the voice of Heaven, which is confirmed by the scriptures. What we knew, but
had forgotten, having become entangled in the liberalism reigning in the world,
suddenly came to life. The Lord says, "O My people, it is time to return
to the land of the Fathers."
Many talk about the last days. Many already see
the coming of the Antichrist. Perhaps this is very important, and perhaps some
preparatory steps can be taken, but it is SO MUCH MORE IMPORTANT to do the
Narrow thing that the LORD tells you. It is important to shout to the Jews of
Ukraine and Russia, "enough, it's time to return to the land of the
Forefathers."
It just so happened that, unlike in the late
80s, when people everywhere talked about the time for Jews to return to Israel,
later in the 2000s they began to “disavow” this moment. The policy of the
pastors is quite understandable. It is important to keep the congregation so
that the members of the congregation do not disperse. And what do the Bible
prophecies say differently… so what, after all, no one has canceled the
interpretation “that everything has its own times and seasons”. Forgive me for
impudence, but I see today's silence by the pastors of the Messianic and Christian
communities of Ukraine and Russia and other former republics of the USSR as
simply a critical delusion and selfishness. Here are the usual excuses: “Having
left for Israel, they may not stand in the faith”?! “In our places it is easier
and easier for them to come to faith in Yeshua”?! These are all legitimate
counterarguments. But today they are no longer relevant.
Wake up Israel!!! Return to your land. It’s just
that it won’t be in a new place, but it will be Right, and everything will fall
into place and your children will be in the wave of “real prophecy”, filling
the country of Abraham with themselves “and the word will become flesh” and
Spiritual realities will awaken that are not accessible to our logic, but only
accessible by our faith. And then the "thirst for the Lord" will be
awakened not by endless conversations about logic and about Isaiah 53, but by
the direct Touch of God's Spirit. And whether it is the time of the Antichrist,
or tribulation, we will leave it in trust in the Lord. Let us ourselves be open
to Him.
In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the
Lord, high and exalted, seated on a throne; and the train of his robe filled
the temple. 2Above him were seraphim, each with six wings… Isaiah 6:1-2 NIV Then
I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for
us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!” Isaiah 6:8 NIV
Perhaps, similarly, later it will be written “in
the days when Russia attacked Ukraine, and the fraternal Slavic peoples began
to fight” ... “God prompted the Jews from these countries to return to the land
of their forefathers” ... “so that the most ancient prophecy would be fulfilled
and the Land of Israel would bloom not only in physical colors, but would also
give SPIRITUAL FRUITS” …
But the call is, “WHO SHOULD I SEND?”
He sends all of us - to pray, to speak, to
convince, to take off the "rose-colored glasses" to join God's
process again as in the late 80s of the last centuries!
PS
Huge changes are taking place in our New Olim
project. All this within 2 weeks. With 7-10 new Olim families a week, today we
see 10-15 families coming daily for help, encouragement, advice, and support.
Please support them through us! The time has come!
